Shaan planned a customised tour of KL City for me and my family to ensure that all the sights and historical places we wanted to visit were included. The initenerary was well excecuted. Even though it was packed, it didn’t feel rushed. We had the flexibility to spend as much or as little time per stop.
Places we visited:
1st) KLCC Twin Towers
2) Batu Caves
3) Royal Selangor
4) King's Palace
5) Drive through Botanical gardens/ national mosque/Old Railway Station.
6) Dataran Merdeka
7) Local Lunch
8) Malaysia Chocolate
The journey was smooth and comfortable for a family of 7. His vehicle was clean and well maintained.
We were hydrated for the entire trip, even under the scorching heat, thanks to the bottles of water than Shaan brought for us in his van. These are the little details that can make the experience even better.
Shaan is a wonderful and kind person who I can say, is an expert tourist guide based on his knowledge of the historical placed and Malaysian culture, and most especially his hospitality. My family and I highly recommend his service

Shaan was our private guide for the fireflies boat tour with seafood dinner. 6 hours of an amazing experience which included the silverleaf monkeys on Melawati Hill. This is one experience that you couldn't do yourself. The food was exceptional. We felt it was $$$ well spent and will remember the experience for the rest of our lives. Will book again with him for other experiences offered when we return one day.

Mr.Shawn was our guide.He is Very friendly and very informative , highly knowledgeable with historical information, some highlights included seeing Royal palace and he took us exactly during the change over of Guards which we didnot miss ... highly recommendable tour guide .Our city tour was awesome with value time spent 😊

Our half day private tour to the caves and Selangor fireflies was very enjoyable. We were well looked after by Shaan. He is very knowledgeable, always extremely helpful, friendly and punctual.
He is a very safe driver and we loved our chats in the car with him on a variety of topics.
He is also a foodie and we were spoilt with his recommendations of delicious flavours to sample.

The tour to Kuala Gandah Elephant Conservation Center was great.
It was more than just a leisure sight seing as we first thought.
There were no bathing with the Dumbos due to the wheather season. The current level of tide could be risky for tourist.
The 30 minutes slide show replicate how the center runs it mission and vision towards protecting, rescuing and providing shelter to almost 26 orphanage elephants which few of them are handicap. However the "orientation session" where we could touch, cuddle and feed the elephant with sugar cane and peanuts was wonderfull.
Engaged with personal guide Mira helps us to interact much closer with those intelligent and talented creatures.
We gained knowledge about how important and significant symbiosis between mankind, nature and all of its contents.
Mr Shaan tackled my kids interest to learn, to understand the importance to protect and preserve the ecosystem in a nutshell.
Thanks to Panda Leisure for the unforgetable nature tour. It was really a memorable momment where we experienced sharing out love and emotion with the instictive creatures.
We highly recomended Panda Leisure and please ask for Mr Shaan and in house guide Mira.

We did three trips/tours with Mr Shaan (driver, guide, owner of Panda L. M.) during our long, recent stay in Malaysia. We went to Mersing/Pulau Tengah (Batu Batu), Singapore and Taman Negara via Kuala Gandah (elephant sanctuary) and Kuala Tahan returning to KL via Kuala Tembeling. The first two trips/tours were transfers only. Mr. Shaan was able and happy, along the way, to share much of his knowledge about his beloved country Malaysia and also to recommend very good places for tasty local meals. Regarding the Taman Negara trip/tour, Mr Shaan, thanks to his excellent contacts at Kuala Gandah and Kuala Tahan, was able to organize for us a tailor-made tour that was exciting for the whole family including our young children. His van was always immaculate, his driving skills are excellent and he went out-of-his-way to help when our friends from China faced some visa issues. Mr Shaan was always very punctual and always communicated with us in advance via sms to remind us of pick-up times, etc. Mr Shaan is very patient and kind with young children. We highly recommend Mr. Shaan and are looking forward to making use of his services during our next trips to Malaysia!

It was an amazing Ride around Kuala Lumpur ,Kuala Selangor and Kuala Gandah. World Class Experience due to Shan's knowledge and exposure towards the differences in making the tour more meaningful rather that having a sight seeing.What a clean and comfortable vehicle which gives you peace of mind where else Shan is very alert for our needs and he will make sure that everyone is happy on board.Very punctual and he is also very particular about his timing.We just need to follow the flow and he will definitely recommend you the best of the best restaurants which serves you authentic Malaysian dish.( Amazingly delicious). We will surely come back again to try different package which Panda Leisures offers.Thank You for a most wonderful experience Shan,you are the best..

I went to KL twice and in both times we booked trip with Panda Leisure ,,, it was a beautiful trip with professional knowledgeable guide.

I highly recommend this tour company! Shaan (the guide) took my friend and I to a day trip from Kuala Lumpur to Melaka, and I would say that it was much above average level. He first arrived on time in a very clean and comfortable car, which makes the journey much appreciated. The whole trip was very well-organized and smooth as he’s an experienced guide: he knows exactly what he’s talking about - in perfect English-, he’s passionate about Malaysia and its History and gives very clear explanations for all our questions.
