Semua House mall is an old shopping mall located in Jalan Bunus close to Jalan Tuanku Abdul Halim and Jalan Masjid India. It has limited stores and outlets inside. Most people that come here are those who looking for jewellery, traditional attire and wedding stuffs.

There are about 30 eateries at lower ground and plenty of tables to sit. The chicken rice shop (non halal) are affordable and must be early to avoid long queue. Overall hygiene are slightly above average and plenty of parking above.
