I was there for a business trip and Shah made sure I was on time for all my appointments, despite a changing schedule.
He also provided helpful inputs on travel times to help with planning.

Mr Shaw is an excellent driver. He knew very much about the city and what sites to see I would highly recommend services as prices are fair and he made our driving tour of the city. Very efficient.

Excellent driver and conversationalist. He drives smoothly in windy and undulated roads. He lets you in peace should you prefer a quiet ride, or strike up an engaging conversation if you prefer.

My daughter and I spent a few days in Kuala Lampur in Dec. We contacted Rosli based on the reviews and since he was not available, he recommended Shah. Shah was very responsive on WhatsApp and the rates were reasonable. We are seasoned travelers who use public transport all the time, but we only had a few days and wanted to do day trips also, so we went with car and driver.
Shah picked us from the airport and our flight was delayed a couple of hours and we ended up coming after midnight. There was a surcharge for after midnight but still reasonable. We got to the hotel around 2am. Felt very safe all the time.
We did some sight seeing on our own using GoKL bus also. Then used car for Batu Caves, King Palace etc that needed a car. Last day we checked out of the hotel and drove to Malacca and he dropped us back at the airport.
On the day we were planning to go to Ipoh, Shah had a family emergency and he got another driver Zaidi to drive us. He was also quite good. All the cars were clean and I think Shah's car was a Toyota Innova. We were coming from the US and going to India after that, so we had 4 large suitcases and hand luggage.
I would highly recommend both Shah and Zaidi if you need a driver in KL. Its very hot, so car is very convenient.

Shah is an excellent driver, so safe, steady , alert to passenger needs. He was such a help when we travelled with 3 elderly. Always punctual, ready to help us throughout the trip. Well versed with roads and even offerred to pick us up after dinner. 5 star is what Shah's service gets you.

Mr Shah was punctual, polite and a good driver with a comfortable and modern large sedan. He did transfers from KLIA to Cameron Highlands and back at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Quite professional company. Mr. Shah was punctual. And friendly, we have been to Cameron Hailands on a private tour, we were 3 adults & One infant. We felt home. Definitely will use his service again.
