This was a solo trip. Rm52 on weekday. It was quite good to see sharks etc minus the constant screaming of excitement coming from kids, overall it was fine. Theres welcome pic taken of u where u r required to take off mask. The pics cost RM80 above. Good experience but felt the overall trip is quite short n can be done less than an hour. Somehow i remember the trip used to be more exciting many years ago.
Didnt know there was live feeding by the divers. When i resched it was already the end and no mention was made as to whens the next.

If you like the underwater world it’s definitely worth to go there! The huge aquarium at the end is really impressive! Staff was really friendly and nice!

Re-visited childhood memory but one time experience for my friends. They were excited and mesmerized by the marine life. It was a good enliven experience.

Difficult to believe how amazing this aquarium is until you visit it. A very impressive gathering of marine life that will please children and adults alike. A must do!

We thought they had good SOPs in place as mentioned in their website but we were wrong. Booked a slot for our visit but no one checked when we got there and everyone was allowed in regardless they booked or not. It was so crowded that social distancing was impossible, and we saw more of people's backs than the exhibits. Many visitors also took off their mask for photos and while talking to each other. Ventilation was bad and it was hot and stuffy. One would have to stand and wait and then jostle to the front if you wanted to see the exhibits close up. We were out of the place in less than 20 minutes (wanted to leave earlier but we got caught in the slow moving crowd). It was a total waste of money and so disappointed with Aquaria for not maintaining the crowd properly and endangering the health of young kids and families.

we are required to book a slot to visit via website. mentioned in website that we get half price ticket for OKU but ticket for OKU not available online. we came right on time as booked but visitor are a lot! there’s ongoing speaker to remind you of social distancing but no staff to monitor that! and visitor are hopeless too, especially while in the tunnel, no distancing at all, poor ventilation, very stuffy and hot.
aquaria need to upgrade their covid19 SOP enforcement.. easily can start an ‘aquaria cluster’ if this continues.

Some exhibition is empty but no notice its empty. Overall not so happy with the price and exhibits available.i wish we can reenter as the show time is only one time and its not so flexible as there's only one show available and so many guests

We used to love going to the Aquaria. But we were absolutely disappointed this time (more of freaked out). I was initially hopeful when I checked the website, as they made a system for the visitors to book a slot. I happily booked one. However it was just ‘for show’.
No one asked for any booking upon arrival. The crowd was scary and there were absolutely NO social distancing! They were no crowd control. The whole aquaria was jammed packed! We had difficulty moving. It was that packed! I think Aquaria’s management should be ashamed of themselves!
There were way less exhibits too. Totally not worth the visit! Save for your money for something else.

From previous visits this would have been a five however our most recent visit was dissapointing.
This was mainly due to the failure to enforce physical distancing and mask wearing among visitors by security. At one point after a man repeatedly stood far too close to my son and I whilst hooking his mask under his chin for photos and repeatedly ignoring my requests (in English and BM) to keep apart I approached the security guard. It took 3 requests before he even moved and then he failed to actual enforce proper mask wearing. The venue should have ejected this visitor.
The fish and other animals stocked all appear to be in good health and the otter feeding "show" was impressive, something that we've not seen on previous visits. However there is a distinct lack of information about what you are seeing. It all feels a bit like the Instagram setting is valued ahead of the educational potential. The aquarium in Langkawi is far superior to this establishment.
Crowding had been a serious issue before. We first visited in Oct 19 and actually asked to leave via a fire exit as we felt unsafe due to the huge overcrowding. Thankfully numbers were far lower on subsequent visits although since then we've always made a point of only going on weekdays avoiding public holidays.

Very informative for both kids and adults. Very clean. There's no crowd now probably due to cmco which is good. Staff are attentive and friendly and they do follow SOP. My kids enjoyed themselves.

Hi, I wanna ask is it okay if a senior citizen purchase online an adult ticket price?Because we don’t want to queue for a long time for a single ticket.

Hi my dear friends, i have some questions about the biggest and greatest aquarium in kuala lumpur, how much does it’s ticket cost by dollar?is it a worth visiting?how much does it’s visiting take normally?

It costed us 65 MYR per person which should be around 15-16 usd. It was worth as this was my first time visit to any such place. If u have been to such place in other countries then you can skip this otherwise it beautiful. Yes, its little expensive but it ws worth for me
is it open during the merdeka day?

It possibly is, although I should ideally check the website, or call, first.

You probably can, one per person but I wouldn't recommend. It gets very busy and not a lot of space to carry bags and just an inconvenience for you and everybody else.
