Was given a voucher for the Onsen Spa and Scrub treatment. Duration of treatment was right around 90mins The staff are pleasant to deal with and attentive to customers needs. Upon entering, I was treated to a nice cup of tea. Once, the wait staff has explained the treatment, I was directed to the women's changing room. (Tip to traveller : Picture Info about the Onsen Spa is available along with this review) I was given a locker key to secure my personal items and once ready, the bath tub for the soak is adjacent to the dressing area which makes it really comfortable to change out and begin the soak. (Tip to traveller : Newbies to the Onsen soak, 40° temp is the recommended temp as it can get pretty warm. The advise given was to alternate between the bath tub and a shower, a bottle of cool water is also available by the bath tub, to keep hydrated during the experience) The soak lasted about 30 minutes and then came the most pleasant scrub experience ever! I totally loved the pressure, the feel during and the outcome of the deep scrub session! High praise only for the masseur and a highly recommended experience for clean, baby-smooth skin thereafter! The shower facility is within the scrub/massage room and all shower items provided are mild and refreshingly scented. At the end of the experience, I was treated to a yummy slice of cake along w some herbal tea which sealed the entire experience! The only problem I encountered at this establishment was the noise. During the entire scrub session, continuous drilling could be heard and this spoilt the tranquility of the scrub session. Once the scrub session ended and I had showered, a female staff escorted me back to the dressing room to change back into my clothes but to my dismay, i found 2 male workers attending to some repairs in the women's dressing area. The staff had over-looked clearing the dressing area before directing me back to the dressing area. I waz then asked to wait in the nearby room while the men vacated the dressing area Otherwise, a repeat experience would be just the ticket to soothe the soul!

It was my first time and I booked a 2 pax onsen & massage to celebrate Valentine's Day with my boyfriend. We were greeted with a really friendly front desk; there were detailed follow-up messages sent to me via Whatsapp as to what we needed to do before showing up to our appointment. The fact that there were plenty of Covid 19 safety measure messages around, made me feel very safe given the current pandemic climate. I could see air purifiers everywhere I go within the compound as well. The onsen experience was definitely a first for me, would like to go back and give it another try. The massage on the other hand was top-notch!!! It is one of the best I've had in KL. Strongly recommended!!! Overall a really pleasant experience! Would recommend a more relaxing playlist all around, perhaps couple rooms and more water temperature options but other than that, my boyfriend & I would totally visit again!!

The best private onsen in KL. Been here since it first started but they continue to shorten the amount of time you can soak in the onsen. It is no longer 45 minutes but feels a bit more like 30-40. Understandable as they are rushing to sanitise and prepare for the next customer. Prices have also increased from RM129 to RM149 hence why the above suggestion I thought was necessary to share.
