The ambient is so calm and sooth. The therapist is so good. She able to pin out the pain area and after a bit of massage i feel so fresh. The pain, the sore is missing. Magic right? Long short story my first body massage experience is so good and now i have high level of body masaage. Thank youu

Clean and perfact massage ever. I got 60min of shoulder + foot massage and after that massage i gotta extend one more hour because it was ssso good. Thank you MAY for the massage❤️ Want to come back to KL for the massage!!

Went there for total spa experience since this is my 1st time went to this outlet. Wasn't held my phone throughout the session to avoid outside world distraction and guess what??? Totally worth it to spend here to run away from hustle and bustle of KL City and of course from my work. I would usually go to onsen spa, but i opted to go to their another branch, Uroot Arcoris, Mont Kiara. Not a disappointing journey, an option for me to go for a cheaper but similar experience as onsen. Urban retreat provide consistent experience which I appreciate and enjoy so much! Remarkable!

I had a wonderful, peaceful massage in the URoot KLCC branch. The branch was clean, smelt wonderful and service was excellent. I had the promotional massage with 20 minutes spent on head and shoulders massage and 40 minutes spent on foot massage. I would definitely go back.

Went here for couple foot massage w my husband for our anniversary. The service was great. One hour of foot massage heaven. First time trying definitely not going to be the last. Will try full body massage next time

this is my 2nd time here. but now I chose relaxing body massage, turns out it's very calming and good massage from Lia. the place is small but very clean and aesthetic. definitely will come back soon! 💓

The front desk staff is amazing, I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in to the spa. The set up and interiors are also nicely done to make you feel relax. Deducted a star because of the masseuse I got wasn’t a good one that night.
