I can not say enough good things about Dinara. She is an excellent masseuse, highly skilled and also the sweetest nicest person. I was highly impressed by her the first time I visited and I’ve looked forward to coming back to Malasia just to see her. I wish she lived close by, there is truly no one better, I’m so happy I met her

Great experience. From the start / intake meeting with Farah (hopend write it ok :)) and the treatment from Junaika. I went in to loosen up my veins before a long haul flight to Amsterdam I went for medium strength session. She did a great job doing so. Really had a great flight afterwards!

I had a Rhassoul Body Wrap treatment with Junaika. She was extremely polite and made me enjoy my special hour to myself. The head massage was one of the best I had. Enjoyed the experience very much. The staff was lovely, I didn’t feel rushed anywhere and could just take my time after the treatment was over. I drank the most amazing ginger tea after the treatment!

I had a 90 minute facial by Jun. Wow it was so relaxing and the 90 minutes flew by. The best experience.. I felt revitalised and my skin was positively glowing afterwards. Thank you Jun and thank you Farah for your wonderful service and advise

I had a lovely 20 minute head & shoulder massage. From door you know, this place is special with its calming and peaceful vibe. I was intertain by June . Her touch was very intuitive. I felt extremely relaxed, and massage techniques were excellent. I would highly recommend and will be a returning customer.

We came here for my wife’s birthday, and the spa experience was phenomenal. It was just what we needed after exploring and traveling around Kuala Lumpur. Amanda was my masseuse and she was Terrific! We did a massage, body scrub and jacuzzi for 3 hrs. I highly recommend this after your done exploring and before your flight home.

The swimming pool and sauna on the 29th floor, where the view was amazing, made me happy and the delicate service touched me. Thanks TINA.

I came in early after an overnight international flight, and was so glad to be able to book a 30 minute “Quick Fix” neck and shoulder massage, at exactly between moderate and hard pressure as requested. The atmosphere of the spa is peaceful and relaxing. Warm ginger tea before and after the treatment was just perfect for my jetlag. Thank you Jun for a perfect massage.

I booked a spa package for my wife and she had an excellent time. The staff were also very friendly. The spa, and hotel in general, is very modern with excellent facilities. The gym space, next to the spa, looked exceptional too.

This spa is well worth your time and money! My husband and I had the romantic package and both therapists (Manda and Jun) were amazing, professional, and skilled. What a relaxing experience, 11/10 recommend when visiting KL.
