We purchased Mimone's BFF spa deal on Saturday and quickly booked an appointment for the following day at 7pm. The deal was RM399, you get 2 x 30 minutes back scrub and 2 x 90 minutes massage of your choice. We chose lymphatic massage. My bestie's therapist was Jennifer and mine was Preeti. Front desk representatives were friendly and informative. Back scrub was one of the best I've experienced but the lymphatic massage was quite painful. Both therapists were respectful, attentive and accommodating. They were constantly checking if we were in pain and adjusted intensity of their strokes to accommodate our pain threshold. Despite the pain, my bestfriend fell asleep and was snoring, lol. I guess I just have very low pain tolerance. I thoroughly enjoyed my first experience here. Thank you Mimone for the pleasant and affordable experience. We'll definitely visit again.

I visited Mimone one day after driving by and noticing how cute their interior looked like from the outside. Upon looking up their instagram page, I decided to try a shoulder and foot massage. Booking was smooth and done through the fresha app. Welcome: The lady at the front desk, Debbie, was very friendly and welcoming. She greeted me, offered tea, introduced all the treatments they had available in detail and also the products they had. I appreciated that she took the time to relate her personal experiences with each treatment. Treatment: My therapist, Priti, was also very friendly. I liked that she explained what I could expect from the treatment and asked my preferences to make sure I enjoyed the treatment. I appreciate the little things like this. After the treatment, I was given another cup of tea and Debbie asked if I had any feedback. Overall, i would recommend this spa! From the start to the end, I felt pampered and taken care of which is a very nice feeling to have after a trip to the spa!
