from the customer service, named Leo till my table arrangement person, Faris, did a superb job! Really impressed with their simple candle light deco. I went there to celebrate my BF birthday on Monday and Everything was perfect for us. The services also very good. Very quite environment, nice KL town views, and cool songs. Thanks lot!

Well.. i wouldnt say that the view was bad but it wasnt as the name suggested.. You have a view of the city but it is all covered with glass without letting any natural air in.. the food is not so great and the place is pretty dark..

Do not go, pretensious, up tight security, terrible bar service, you'll have a bad time Used to love this place until we got kicked out for the most trivial rubbish ever.

We didnt even get a drink in here before getting up to leave it was so bad!
Upon entry, we approached one of the staff working there to be seated. As I was asking for a table a few of his mates must have arrived behind me because he stopped listening and just walked off to greet his friends! Haha. I thought I was getting a prank played on me it was so rude.
Anyway, seated ourselves and then got no service for 5 minutes (there were probably 15 other patrons) so we got up and left. Went to "old faithful" Skybar at Traders instead.
In addition, I was expecting something semi-nice with all the rules and dress-code listed on the view website but its just a bland, tacky space that looks like they decided to install as an afterthought.
There are better places to drink on the footpath in chinatown.

I usually take my colleagues and have the company events in G tower roof top, spending a good amount of money there. We have been quite satisfied with the service up until tonight that we were accused of not paying for 3 drinks that we didn't have. I had a talk with the management tonight (I doubt he was a manager because no manager with a little bit of knowledge about business would talk to his customer like that) and instead of dealing with the situation professionally, he defended his waiters for 3 drinks they didn't serve and accused me of being cheap and not paying for the bill.
This behavior is not acceptable and I strongly hope that the real business owners would understand the damage that "manager" did to your business.

There are different themes on different night here. The view is not spectacular but is still quite nice.
I was here on Wednesday and Razman who served us is amazing. He is attention to detail and always puts on a smile.
I am staying at the hotel nearby and I recommend this place for the view, music and service.

22nd May 2017 – 930pm - VIEW ROOFTOP BAR
Drinks was nice.
Unfortunately, the experience was worse. I had a few mocktail drinks with my friends. We noticed that there was a back section where it was closed. I politely asked permissions from a few waiters for me and my friends to go back there to have some snapshots.
Then came along, a "bouncer"/security, big build, indian? dark skin and black hair told us repeatedly, like 9-10 times to clear that area in 2-3 minutes. My gosh. That was annoying. I'm staying at the hotel. I bought some drinks. Who are you, the "security'? to tell me, I can't even have some snapshots of the view? Maybe I invaded your area of privacy to smoke around that area. My apologies.
This was very annoying. And I promise not to come here again.
Dear Skybar, you can't afford to hire this kind of staff to tarnish your reputation as one of the famous skybars in KL. He deserved to be replaced. I was so angry I can't even look at his face and even asked his name. He should be lucky.
I guess, your staff needs to learn more about hospitality.
I'm not a gangster or a bully, that I need security to tell me to get rid of a place just for a snapshot.
This is a serious concern. Please replace him immediately.

The View has sadly lost its primary view of the Petronas Towers and sunset as a monstrous building has gone up. There are still views to be seen in other directions out to the mountains. While it supports a champagne bar, it would have been nice to have the bubbles presented nicely. Sadly they were served warm. That said the waiter was good enough to replace with a much fresher and chilled glass of champagne, so all was good in the end.

We spent our last night in KL at the View rooftop bar. Their martinis are delicious (we tried quite a few...). We were there on a Thursday night & it was "ladies night".
