My lovely gf arranged this as a surprise experience for me. We arrived late but the management was very understanding in ensuring we still had our slot. The flight lasted as long as promised and I also had the chance to hold the controls and fly the plane straight and around for about 10 minutes. When we landed, we also had some water and biscuits in the lounge.

I've done the helicopter experience in Capetown and this was overall a great experience to see KL as well as try flying abit. Some feedback for the management to make this a truly world class experience.

1. Safety briefing should be conducted before we step on the plane.
2. It would have been great if the pilot gave a briefing to the passengers on what the controls meant and how to use the controls to direct the plane - so that I could have a more fulfilling flying experience - I had the benefit of flying a glider before but other people may not know how it works
3. Both myself and my gf at the back was not given any headset, so it was very loud and we could not talk to each other or the pilot.
4. There was no explanation from the pilot of the buildings we were seeing, nor was any leaflet describing the sights of what were seeing provided. This is something I'm sure tourists would appreciate a lot.
5. Refreshments could be improved given the money that people are paying. Some Kuih muih would have been a great way to promote how amazing Malaysian food is!

Overall, there is a lot of potential for this experience to become a must do for foreign tourists and I hope management will do all they can to make it an experience that tourists will never forget!

It was a breeze dealing with Hasnita from the start. She was very prompt and patiently responded to all my queries. Actual day was very smooth and pleasant too, the lady who greeted us and pilot were really friendly. Most importantly, the pilot was very experienced. The pilot went out of his way to explain details to my partner who is a flight simulator enthusiast. The take off was smooth, the weather perfect and we got some extra time in flight due to the queue for landing. And the landing was the smooth-est i have ever experience. Kudos to the team. Recommended experience from start to finish, definitely!

Incompetence or lack of prefofessonalism, tried to upsale for "bigger plane" because "pilot for small plane unavailable" told me "send your passport information" and "fill out form" and "we will get back to you." Mind you this occluded around 3pm and then he calls repeatedly around 10:30pm!? Why would i register and you are unsure about whether or not we can actually do a flight on a particular day. These people have to understand submitting your personal details through WhatsApp is not professional. No thanks I rather pay and fill out form at the actual air park with a more legitimate company.

This was amazing experience and definitely include in your bucket list when you plan to visit Kuala Lumpur. Pre booking is required. Better have backup plans as well, sometimes weather is unpredictable.

The activity is awesome and mind blowing, but unfortunately it was ruined by poor service made. The airport location changed twice from 10 minutes drive to over 60 minutes drive, I paid too much for the cap, no one hosted and guided us in the airport. The activity guide came around an hour after we finished the trip already and the trophies that I thought it would remarkable and nice to keep as a memory was nothing more than a couple of baseball caps. I thought its the only agency having this activity but it turned to be not. If I would do it again defenetly I will do it with oxbold or any other group.

I really enjoyed the experience with one day pilot. It is because their crew and pilot are very nice. I am no need to afraid to meet with them in awkward moment. Before flight, their crew will send me a weather forecast so that I can know whether on that day I can fly or not. I think this is very good because no need to waste my time to go there while it cannot have a flight. On that day, i met up with their crew then we will go into the area to have a briefing regarding the air craft. After that, I can fly on the sky to see the KL view. This is my first time to see KL in this way because i lived in KL for long time. Hence, I think this is a good experience for me.

I had the gut to try 15min flying microlite. Scary, heart pounding & deadly terrifying unforgettable experience. Most exciting extreme sport encountered. The crews were friendly. Sadly, the cost a bit on the high side. Wud give 5 star if the price is reasonable. Definitely recommended for those adrenaline junkies if money is not an issue...

We had a great experience doing this one day pilot tour. I booked it with booking.com and got around 25 USD discount. At the beginning I wasn’t sure if it worth the money as it’s still aber 200 USD for 30-Minuten flight. But after having done the tour I think it totally worth it and I would do it again. The one day pilot has a pilot from Air Adeventure Flying Club who is very experienced and does the whole pre-check with you explaining you the details of the plane. It is a Cessna 172, a small 4 seater plane. My boyfriend could assist in flying after departure and before landing. The flight is amazingly close to all the downtown attractions - just really cool and special! I highly recommend this tour to everybody!
The only thing I would improve is getting the passengers a headset to be able to listen to the explanations of the pilot.
