Beware of this unethical, cheating spa centre. Signed my body massage package in Nov 2018 & was told my the consultant (Fikria) that there is no time limit for completion. As travel a lot, I always confirm this with any of facial, nail centre on the time limit before deciding to sign any package. My last massage at Baliayu Jln Bangkung was 16 Feb 2020 then MCO happened. When I called on 1 Oct, they told me my package is void because they have a new system & all package only valid for 6 mth!!! No one bother to call & no one say anything when 8 was there in Feb. Such unprofessional & unethical company. I will surely file an official complaint to the consumer rights department. Beware of Thief!

Love the place. Its ambiance is nice and calming, the massage therapist i has was excellent, just the nice amount of pressure for a totally relaxing experience. They serve nice ginger tea after the massage. Staff is friendly, and prices are reasonable. Their package is really worth it for regular customers.

Excellent balinese massage

Love the place. Its ambiance is nice and calming, the massage therapist i has was excellent, just the nice amount of pressure for a totally relaxing experience. Feels like Bali and great massages

Excellent service , beautiful ambience and good massaging technique. Their massuese did not burp at all and were very kind and polite without chatting with each other even in the couple room. I must say their padding on the massage board is very comfortable and I love it most when they placed the cooling eyemask. Their ginger tea taste great as well. Would totally recommend my friends to come here too !

Excellent massages

My friend and i went to Baliayu with very sore muscles following a very taxing 2 hour horse ride in Indonesia the previous day. Our masseuses Rani and Maria were fabulous, really working hard to get the kinks out of our muscles and joining us in a giggle when we were crying from pain or laughing from ticklishness. We felt much better afterwards and will definitely be back! Thanks ladies!

I found this spa tenant is very unique and different compare to others that they provide a comfort & relax atmosphere to me. All of the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Love their service very much :)

First Class Spa Treatment Bangsar Kuala Lumpur

This was first class treatment from start to finish. Staff was very nice & friendly making me feel very welcome, which it turn made me feel very relaxed before the treatment speaking of which was lovely with great atmosphere checking i was happy with how firm i required treatment & asking if there was any area where i required extra treatment which in my case is across shoulders & neck.

Thank you Bangsar location keep up the good work as i will be back when in KL.

My best balinese spa experience in Kuala Lumpur

This is truly a beautiful balinese spa in KL! We've tried a number of different balinese style spas, and by far this has been our best experience.The ambience was perfect, and the staff were skillful and attentive. For those of you who are looking for a traditional balinese style massage, this is the place to go. We highly recommend it. My husband and I are already looking forward to our next visit, to this wonderful place.

Best Balinese spa in Bangsar

Really love the Balinese massage and coconut scrub in Baliayu Bangsar,I feel really relax and my body very smooth after the coconut scrub,very relaxing place ,especially the massues very skillful even better than I tried in Bali, will sure come back !

too busy for customers

first visit here, came as i was looking for a balinese massage. the ambience was fine. then, i was put in a room with a- nonfunctional aircond, the outside temperature was 38c.. they apologised and changed to a single room. after the massage, enquire about how come i did not get to choose the massage oil that i preferred? all i got was a "sorry mam, too busy with customer" really? then ill take my business elsewhere
