This was the best day of our trip in Malaysia. We booked a day trip to the jungle and did a 4.5km hike with Akma who had excellent knowledge of the jungle. Anuar was an excellent driver and told us local stories on the way. I would recommend anuar for any tours.

We have 4 people and took the day tour to Malacca. The reason I chose We go with Anuar is that its program is longer, includes attraction tickets and has more places to see then other tour agencies. Plus, we left KL early, at 7.30 so we arrived KL at 9 am when the main attractions have not been crowded and the weather has not been so hot. We love the river cruise so much. Our driver and guide - Mr Sanrum (I hope I spell correctly!) is excellent. He pick us on time, the car is clean, comfortable, we have had a very smooth drive! He showed us all the attractions, took photos for us and introduced good restaurants for us to choose! Highly recommend this tour agency!

How fortunate I was to have had the best possible guide who introduced me to this UNESCO World Heritage city. As a private tour I had the freedom of designing the day’s activities, and with the expert guidance offered, I made an indepth discovery of Penang. My guide was professional, knowlegable and fun to be with.

I found Anur on line and booked trip from KL to Tanah Rata before going on holiday, always nervous with this. However, we were contacted 36 hours beforehand, which confirmed pick up etc. Anur was on time to pick us up despite heavy traffic in area. He was a good driver and shared lots of interesting information on journey and stopped to see sights.

Amazing day out with Anuar as out driver and guide. Elephant sanctuary was great with the local sanctuary guide. Very knowledgeable and we got go and see the baby elephants as well. Lunch was included and was lovely. Batu caves was great too. Anuar always sorted entry tickets and that we had all Info on what was happening during the day.

I made a last minute booking at around 11pm. Anuar responded quickly and confirmed our booking for 7.30am the next morning. Our driver and tour guide Bala was at our hotel promptly at 7.30 in a very comfortable air conditioned SUV. Bala had a wealth of knowledge about Malaccan history and KL in general. The 2 hour trip to Malacca was very educational. Bala arranged admission to several activities and made sure we were well looked after. A highlight was the ferry ride which felt as though u were on a canal in Holland. It was absolutely amazing! The next highlight was the old fort/ chapel ruins on the hill where South African Dutch colonialist Jan Van Riebeek's wife's tomb is. Lunch gave us the opportunity to sample some local food...yummy! Then to a very educational tour of the Nyonya and Baba museum and finally a stop at a mosque built on stilts over the sea.
All in all an amazing day! Thanks. Bala for an amazing day!

i cant give a review because thier forgot to pick us up.we paid our deposit and was told we would be picked up at 9 at our hotel,at 10 we tried to phone but no answer,so our day ruined.to be fair after emailing them i got answer saying sorry and my deposit would be returned.i do understand that things happen and in hindsight maybe i should have e mailed them a day befor checking if the tour was still ok.but it did still spoil our day as you dont go to kl every year from the uk and we never got to see the elephants and fireflys

Anuar was an excellent tour guide. Would give the tour a 10 out of 5 if I could. Totally exceeded our expectations! He provided an excellent tour, with a personalised touch. Especially enjoyed the tea plantations and the Butterfly park! I would definitely recommend going to the Cameron Highlands with Anuar.

We did two tours with this company on successive days, one to the beautiful Cameron Higlands and the other to the charming town of Melaka.
Both tours were absolutely excellent and we were delighted with every aspect of the service, especially the guide and driver Bala whose knowledge and consideration were top notch.
The vehicle was clean and comfortable, pick-up was punctual and the itineries were perfectly paced. We packed a lot in but never felt rushed. Both tours were almost 12 hours long so you certainly got value for money.
The Cameron Highlands tour was enchanting. The tour includes the lovely Iskandar Falls, the Boh Tea Plantation, the fantastic Time Tunnel Museum in Tanah Rata, the Mossy Forest, the beautiful Butterfly Farm and a stop at a strawberry plantation. Such a variation in sights and activities and a joy to see all the mountain and forest views in the cool Cameron Highlands temperatures, a blessed relief from the heat and humidity of KL below. It's an absolutely magical pkace and Id heartily recommend this tour.
Melaka was a much more localised tour, most being done on foot. Once you arrive in Melaka you will see the Sultanate, Red Square, Jonkers Street, the Baba Nyonya House, various churches and temples and St Paul's Hill. The Middleburg Bastion and port are are fascinating and a Melaka River Cruise is included. Again it was an excellent day trip and highly recommended, especially for those with an interest in history and culture.
We Go With Anuar are a superb option if you are in KL and want to see a bit of the Malay peninsula. From booking to pick up, throughout the tour days, to drop off we were treated like customers who really matter. Anuar himself was a pleasure to deal with and in Bala he has the most perfect guide working for him. If I am back in KL I will use them again without hesitation.

I had a solo tour with Robert of the Fireflies, Batu Caves and Bukit Malawati. Highly recommend Robert, who is a quietly spoken man of integrity who is a credit to this company. As a solo traveller he could not have been more helpful in taking photos and checking in with me as to whether he could do anything else for me or adapt the tour more to my needs.
Due to a tropical thunderstorm, the boats at the Fireflies were delayed by more than an hour as it just wasn't safe to go out - this meant that we were perhaps 2 hours late getting back to Kuala Lumpur and whilst I was quite conscious of this Robert didn't seem to mind. Thanks Robert for helping make such vivid memories of my time in Malaysia!!
