We arrived on a Saturday afternoon by ourselves and we were accommodated immediately and our guide Lawrence was friendly and knowledgeable. The place is full of interesting information and to see how things are made. We would've given the place a higher rating if we could have attended the workshop which lacked staff for no obvious reason. One tip before... More

This can be at least a half day activity. Start with the tour with guide then do a workshop or two (one for all ages lets you hammer out a bowl and another one for older kids and adults works with molten metal to craft items). The cafe is a great a bite to eat then browse the gift shop's... More

We accidentally ended up at this destination and it was the best accident ever!! Unfortunately we were limited on time as we had other places to go however on that note this place was a lot of fun. We would strongly suggest participating in one of their hands on groups where you get to make a bowl or some other... More

Excellent tour around the facility with a chance to try your hand at some of the techinques. They also have options to take part in paid activities like making your own jewellery, etc. Items on sale at the venue cost the same whether you buy it there or any other retailer.

They have tour guide just for my family of 4 and it is free. How cool is that.. receive a treat of cold drink too..world class museum...at least... More

Visited as part of a cruise tour and was surprisingly impressed. The history of this business and the way they have maintained their competitiveness is admirable. The hand finishes are super cool. Well worth a visit and a purchase

I did this tour as part of a Cruise ship tour. I was concerned it would just be a selling opportunity, and while it is.... the museum is fascinating as is the factory. I really enjoyed the demonstrations as well as the exhibits. The store prices are also very good. So if you like pewter and you enjoy a classy... More
