This is a must see. The park is beautiful and the highlight for us was having a photo with an array of amazing birds! It is also very cool under the canopy of the the trees and a nice reprieve from the heat of the day.

Excellent park, lots of free roaming birds all around the park. Not expensive and it is a great experience for the teens.

I really can’t understand how this ranked 22 of things to do in KL! Get ready for a tiring walk and bad smell. So big park with 4 zones, but not so many types of birds, yet so many types of the same bird ( like 3 or 4 types of ostriches, around 5 types of doves).
The entire tick is 75 RM, which is very high in my opinion compared to what you will experience in the park.
There is a Photo Booth where you get to take photos holding birds, but it is for extra money, there is 2 options we asked for the cheaper one and the guy said it’s out of stock! The camera, the printer, everything is there, how come it’s out of stock for 20 RM but not for 40 RM!!?
Finally, just skip this one, nothing really there, it’s both wastes of time & money. And if you insist make sure to visit on a good weather, and wear comfortable clothes & shoes.

Very informative, make sure you wear comfortable shoes, a lot of walking and very humid there as it is in a gully.

A little expensive get away. Good for bird lovers and kids. Birds are in open cage and will come near you. They have a bird show at certain timings. If you are an enthusiast, check the timings and align. We didn't attend though.

Personally, I could have skipped it.

It is located at the entrance of KL tower and when you enter here - you may feel that you wasted your money. However not the case, they have some very unique things and if you have kids - should visit place.

Far too many birds here, most are caged in cages that are too small for them and cannot fly freely - they look miserable! A lot of birds in poor health including balding ostriches and flamingos with next to no feathers. Walkways and paths are not kept well, and toilets with no paper in! Equivalent to £14 each entry, spent all of 20 minutes here before leaving. ‘Free flight aviary’ is misleading - its a poor, below average zoo. Save yourself the money and the time!

We went here for a few hours and enjoyed the trip. On the whole it’s ok but there are large numbers of birds in cages which is such a shame when they can see their mates roaming relatively free outside. It’s ok. Clean and fairly well maintained. It’s not cheap though and double the price for non-Malaysians (quite annoying really!) If you have a couple of hours you’d like to kill, it’s a decent enough attraction.
The hornbill cafe was very average.
