What an amazing place! An assault on the senses but in a great way. Amongst the hustle and bustle, you can buy everything from a pair of pyjamas to a fresh reef fish and everything in between. This is a local market which is on every Sunday. The local food available is an absolute must. Cheap, tasty and gives you a true taste of real Malaysian food.

We go there often to our groccery shopping whenever ee have the chance. The environmwnt is clean and it is disable friendly witha ram to push a wheel chair up. The variety is great and food is fresh. You can getting pertaining to your kitchen there. There is also a tau foo fah shop there as well as a florist. Parking can be a bit of a problem as it is limited.

I was first introduced to this wonderful market by Lazat cooking school now it is a regular Saturday shopping experience. It is amazingly clean selling a wide range of fresh produce including seafood, chicken, beef, fresh tofu as well as extensive range of fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables. Stalls are found within the car park selling pork. A highlight for me is this incredible lady who mixes and sells her own spice mixes. Opposite her is a stall selling fresh coconut milk. We go early and have a traditional Malay breakfast and sweet coffee upstairs for a few ringot. There are 2 car parks charging a minimum. The markets are open daily from 7 am until 12.30 pm. Well worth the trip.

It smells like a market (which market doesn't eh?)
Clean, has some interesting stalls. Decent mix is stalls
Price i find way higher compared to most other places, but most use it for convinience.
Bad: severe parking issue after 8.30 am, traffic issue (from irresponsible people throwing their car everywhere). If u want to go, go before 8.30 am

Most general areas are kept dry and you can find fresh and meat section on the ground floor. The basement houses the car park and the pork section. There are 2 butcher stalls in the basement. Go for the one with a long queue. They have excellent cuts.

It's an "upper class" wet market, if I may call it. Much cleaner and the variety of imported frozen and fresh seafood is abundant! Was told it's not the cheapest but the is one stall that sells very tasty Nyonya curry paste. A must grab if you fancy showing off your culinary skills when back to home country.

A great wet market. All the things you might look for when shopping for the kitchemn and pantry - fish, seafood, beef, lamb, fruits, vegetables, dry goods, spices. PLusnoelties and some limited eateries.
Pork in the basement for the non-halal shoppers
Clean, friendly and very fair prices.

Located in a stand-alone building, this wet market is really quite clean and dry! Stalls selling fresh fruits, vegetables, flowers, fish and meat are lined in neat rows according to their categories. On the upper floor are shops selling dry items like clothes, baking supplies, with a food court there. The lower ground floor is the non-halal section selling pork. It is a breeze to shop here as parking is also easily available.
