I've been many times to their branch in 1MK and also urban onsen 163. The quality of their masseuses is about the same with 163 charging slightly more.. probably cos it's in a newer mall. Also, the decor is newer n better in a way.. all in all both r good for their respective points.

Friendly and attentive staffs. Requested for a couple's room as I went with my boyfriend, and they were able to accommodate that if you make an early appointment. Tried the deep massage and the experience was really good. Looking forward to return and try the other types of massage next time.

Best massage ever. The environment, Feel calm and relax. Definitely will repeat again. Im going with my friend and we choose Head to Shoulder Massage. Staff very kind and helpful. Love their balm. I had already a few treatments at Urban retreat at 1 MK! I found this beautiful place since I was pregnant and this was one of very few massage center offering pregnancy massage. During my whole pregnancy I was going there and it was such a nice and relaxing experience. After pregnancy I also had foot massage and full body massage there! Most of the treatments were done by therapist May! She is a lovely person and the massage done by her are very good! I already sent a few friends, especially for pregnancy massage there and all were so happy! I can really recommend this place! I also love the quiet and nice atmosphere, as well as the Hygiene! E.g. all costumers get their feet washed before treatment. Go and try 😃

It was my first time coming to this outlet. I booked head over heels package. My therapist was very good at massaging my head and feet. I even sleep a bit during the session. The area was very dim and quiet suitable to destress. I feel very refresh after my session. Next visit i would like to try the onsen.

We've been frequenting the 1MK Branch for the past 1 year. We have always enjoyed their service and convinience of easy parking. We both have enjoyed their aromatherapy, lymphatic, and swedish Thai massage. We feel relaxed and re aligned after each session. Its a treat but well worth the money and don't forget to tip you therapist. They do a stellar job!

Ive had many aromatherapy massages before and my masseuse Ririn’s was one of the best I’ve ever had. She was strong and her massages hit all the crucial aches I had. Yet it was relaxing with the aromatherapy oil and music playing. Point for improvements would be for the outlet to have lockers for personal belongings and for a better treatment bed with more comfy face cradle.

i booked for an appointment at the very last moment. and i was lucky to have obtained a slot at 1pm. i chose the deep tissue massage for an hour. the therapist was soooo good. she nailed at every pain points. her nama was Avy (i guess). i will definitely come back and i enjoyed the session. staff was friendly. the ambiance was nice. we loved it

I’m a regular at urban retreat for their consistency but today I had a massage that was truly phenomenal! 90 minutes of relaxation and bliss with just enough pressure to “hurt so good”. I highly recommend visiting urban retreat and ask for Ms. Ah Khar - she’s wonderful!
