This is my first visit and first experience at this Urban Retreat Spa Center. I had a full body massage. The front desk receptionist is sweet and welcoming. I highly recommend My therapist. She is strong and knows exactly where the pressure points are. I thoroughly enjoyed the massage and been relieved of my body acne and pain . Will certainly go again.

Ambience is nice and warm that i fell asleep. Staff are gentle. The massage bed is warm🙂 enjoyed that one. Get to shower after. Feeling all relaxed, cleaned and lighter. Masseur Pinky was good and her massage strength good for me. 👍👍👍

I went for 90mins of prenatal massage but it definitely was not enough. Wish I had booked for two hours instead. My masseuse, Misha, who looks tiny surprised me with her firm , strong touch and took her time to massage me and went over the same area a few times having all my sores of pregnancy be relieved. Do ask for her if you’re planning on getting a massage!

I rarely write reviews but when I means it must be good and I tell you this is the best massage I HAVE EVER HAD. I’ve been to this branch only twice and both times were my best massages. Good job on training your masseuse! This place is too good to gatekeep❤️

I had several sessions here. So far, I had a great experience. Misha was my latest masseuse, and she really experience and paid attention to detail. Furthermore, the promptness of delivery, and the friendly and knowledgeable staff made my experience not just satisfying, but genuinely delightful. Thank you Urban Spa!

I've been visiting this spa for many years and it's just as good today as it's always been. They've recently changed the lounge chairs used for the Head over Heels massage which is even better. It was fantastic and exactly what I needed. Ririn was my therapist and she was perfect! I highly recommend her. Thank you!

From start to finish my experience with the therapist Ah Dee, was amazing! Superb massage technique, reasonable pressure points (tailored to customer's request) and highly attentive to the problem areas. Very much recommended and will visit again 😀

I had an incredible experience ! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was serene and welcoming. The staff was attentive and made sure to understand my specific needs before the massage began. My therapist, was absolutely phenomenal. They had an expert touch and seemed to understand exactly where I needed the most attention. The massage itself was both relaxing and therapeutic, easing away the tension I had been carrying in my shoulders and back. What stood out was the attention to detail throughout the session. The use of essential oils and soothing music added to the overall experience. The atmosphere was tranquil, allowing me to completely unwind and de-stress. I'll definitely be returning!

Ririn was really good in doing deep massage. I went here as I feel not really good with my body and told here I got muscle strain on left hand and neck. I received a very good treatment here and i am thinking I might return here again for another time.

I love my aromatherapy massage experience. Ah Char was really attentive and professional. Love the warm bed too. So comfortable and relaxing. Will definitely return and request for Ah Char. Ive always been a follower of urban retreat and will definitely return. highly recommended!
