EscapeRoom is the FIRST Real-Life escape game in town which is located in the GOLDEN TRIANGLE of Kuala Lumpur(Berjaya Times Square). EscapeRoom provides you an interactive gaming experience where players are physically inside a mysterious world of intrigued puzzles and codes.The challenge, should you choose to accept, is to engineer an escape in a tight race against the clock in 45 minutes.

it was so fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the staff are friendly and the environment suits the game. the props are scary for the horror theme!

Scam. Not worthy, not even for adults to play. Puzzle are impossible to solve... We did Breakout before.. it was so much better. Service was great and the staff therefore offered us ample clues. The clue was also in sequence. In Escape, the clues are vague.. and alot of locks.. dont waste your time.. go to Breakout instead. my kids did noy enjoy it and adults playing were frustrated.

I went with my 2 kids after asking if suitable for a 10 & 13 year old 13 year old is special needs ....yes yes yes I get told... we got put in a room with no instructions had to call and ask ..next room couldn’t read the clue.. had to call for help...the following room made no sense Rang for help.... none came after 5 minutes I tried the door it opened... they opened the door without acknowledging us... game over ... I paid for 10 minutes of crap... when I confronted staff I was told a family with younger kids have done it so what’s the problem.., ( good for them ) I asked before going in f suitable for a child with autism as well...yes .. when I complained to staff the lady laughed at me ....my son understood and asked me why were they laughing at me ..I’m discussed with place. Avoid we’re possible

I read all the reviews on this place and had never seen so many fakes reviews, how disappointing... Random names, all with one review each with bad grammar. Yeah right. Nonetheless, I decided to go anyway. So here is my real review.
My girl and I decided to do the easiest puzzle of the ten or so that were available. We had 45 minutes to escape two rooms. The first room took about 4 minutes to get out of, and in the next one, it seems that we were getting nowhere, and had to request assistance, and the clues truly didn't help much,so in the end we did not make it out of the room. When we requested the solution, we realised that whether it was 45 minutes or 45 hours, we never would have made it out. You really have to think thoroughly to succeed, this is not for newbies You have to have lots of experience with escape rooms to do well here. And this was the easiest of all the puzzles! Would we go again? Yes, but only with a group. Five people would be the ideal number in my opinion.

Having done the westwood murder room at breakout earlier in the day and loving it, we were hungry for more escape room mystery so thought we would try this other company in kl. While the puzzles were not too bad they really didnt have anything to do with the storey line and found a few points to be quite tedius, the staff were young and inexperienced and were stumbling over there words half the time despite there best intentions. I would definately head over to breakout i think you will have a far better experience.

This isn't the first Escape Room concept my friends and I have tried and the game we chose was not a good one. We did "The Cage" and to be honest we were frustrated because the room was so dark you literally good not see anything. It wasn't until we asked for help (because we couldn't see anything) that junior Marshall came in and told us we needed flashlights. So then we asked him if we could get some and he went to go get some for us. Then he changed the time on the clock which wasn't fair and we did protest since WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE FLASHLIGHTS IN THE FIRST PLACE. He basically ignored us and took off.
So we were scrambling to get our clues together and then we got checked up on. When we got checked up on by another junior marshall he noticed that we were missing some summary cards so he went to look for it. Then he took time off ours again. We were pretty frustrated at this point and when we made it into the final room, another junior marshall came in and gave the whole thing away.
Sorry marshalls please don't come in when you're not called for AND please do not take time off when it is YOUR fault for not equipping players with the proper equipment and for tidying the room correctly.
Save your money and do something else. This place is not worth it.

We had a lot of fun doing the Wonderland Room. (previously we enjoyed The Chocolate Vault). It's a nicely thought out game although there are only a few puzzles. Saying that it was rated 3* difficulty (3 out of 5) so for 45 mins that probably makes sense, and it's an excellent beginners game.
The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, and because we were experienced we stopped them from giving us too many hints at the start - they were absolutely fine with that.
They have a number of different rooms and you don't always have to book in advance. Also if you have to wait you're in a mall so there's lots to do.
Definitely recommend this for beginners, and those who don't want to commit a full hour - the rooms are thoughtful, the puzzles fitting and the team helpful.

My kid age 5 years old when he helped us to manage escape in dutch lady challenge. However, we failed to escape from alice in wonderland concept room although is rated higher success rate.

I already decided to go to Malaysia but I didn't expect I can go to play escape game in there！！
But I'm worry about the system may have difference from my country......I will travel alone to KL.In my country,some group play the game together so we can join another group even we come alone.Can I do that in KL？？

Are we allow to play more escape room of different themes once we paid or we can just play one escape room, do we need to lay again if we want to play again in another room?

Yes Paulino is right. Pay for each game, best to schedule it ahead of time as the theme room may not subject to availability due to booking of other players

Greetings from Escaperoom Berjaya Times Square.
For a group of 5-6person, if it's your first time playing Escaperoom, you may choose either Wonderland or Gallery. Reason being is that both of these themes have a more direct puzzles as first timers are not familiar with how the game and puzzles works, both these theme are the best to try out for the first time. For Wonderland theme, it's more on intellectual where majority of the puzzles just require brainstorming. Gallery will require a half intellectual and half interactive skill.
However, it depends on individual preference on which theme and mission attracts you. From being a thief, to a detective to investigate a crime scene (The Cage- Of Death and Mystery) , or even to save a kidnapped lady(Taken-The Perfect Abduction) .
