AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

Huge thanks to Chen who was a great guide! We really enjoyed this activity. Chen picked us up from our apartment and we drove around an hour where we stopped for breakfast. The food was great and all included in the cost of the trip. Chen was so full of knowledge and local history. it was a learning experience before we even got into the jungle. We stopped to pick up lunch and leave any unnecessary baggage before our trek and set off. The climb was amazing and so much fun. Chen stopped regularly to teach us about the plants, animals and local history and traditions. When we reached the waterfall we had the chance to swim. It really was a wonderful experience. I would love to do this again in the future! Thank you so much!

Great day out at the waterfall

I had a great trek through the jungle to the waterfall. The trek was quite easy and Chen provided a lot of interesting information about nature, people and country. Also the food was very delicious!

Great time in the Jungle

A novel experience in the jungle together with great stories,swiming in the river,eating like old times,wonderful wild nature and all this toghether with a great guy Chen.Not to miss if staying around Kuala Lumpur

A truly memorable experience!

Our guide (Chen) was kind enough to pick us up from our home in KL and take us to a local breakfast restaurant where we enjoyed some Roti (bread) with Kaya (jam) which was lovely! After changing into our rafting gear at his beautiful B&B we headed down to the river to get started. There, the rest of his amazing, humorous and informative team gave us a few safety tips as well as some do’s and don’ts whilst rafting. The whole community were professional and made us feel very safe. The rafting experience was exhilarating! From finding yourself in the midst of serene and peaceful waters listening to all of nature’s sounds- to working as a team to get through the rough creeks- it was truly, the best of both worlds!
The pictures turned out amazing and the videos were hilarious to watch😂
A big thank you to everyone who made this truly memorable experience possible. If anyone is looking for this type of adventure we 100% recommend Chen and his team. We had a wonderful time.

Chen was an amazing tour guide!

If you want a great jungle experience, this is the one for you! Our guide (Chen) was fantastic - experienced, knowledgeable, articulate, and best of all - has a great sense of humour!

We chose the tougher "mountain" walk - you need to have reasonable level of fitness and be prepared for a lot of climbing (up, and then down) - but a great experience!

Brilliant rafting day out!

Chen picked us up from our hotel in KL and took us to a small colonial town for a local breakfast which was absolutely delicious. We then went to his B&B to get changed into our rafting gear & leave our bags. Once down by the river, we were given a detailed safety brief on what to expect with the rapids & specific instructions for the raft. The experience itself was so much fun, Chen was really knowledgeable and answered all our questions and the other guys rafting with us were experienced & really good fun. We stopped by a small waterfall for a snack & some water before finishing off the creek run. The rapids were between 1 & 4.5 and we all managed to stay firmly within the raft.
After the rafting we were taken back to Chen’s B&B for some lunch and to get changed before being driven back to KL. Later that evening hundreds of photos were emailed to us from the adventure including some videos which were hilarious to look through.
It was a really organised day out by Chen who made it such good fun and full of laughter. We both really enjoyed ourselves and hope to try out another tour on a future trip! Ginni & Emily x

Amazing stay at Sarang👍👍

Really appreciate the quality of service offered to us throughout our stay at Sarang by the Brooks.We had a wonderful, adventurous 3 days vacation! It was a cozy and comfortable stay at Sarang.Activities arranged for us was a great experience and we enjoyed it very much:) Did Magical River Trekking and Water Rafting! Such a wonderful experience!

I really loved exploring the rainforest! Chen was such a fantastic, knowledgeable and fun guide. The trek was perfect... challenging enough to keep it fun, but easy enough that most anyone could do it. Plus he gives you a little Malaysian food tour😀. Truly glad I could have this experience... it was one of a kind.
