The lift was slow. The mall was deserted. Some shops were still closed at 1pm. The cinema reeked of sweat. No directory. The website was under maintenance.

I am spending the long week break by visiting malls outsiders seldom know but maybe only locals know about it.

The best thing about this mall is the TGV. I went for the first show at 10.15am.The Hall was clean. The audio and visual were up to standard. Thankfully there were a few more people around or else it would be scary.

Second best thing is the JJJ. Although this is a smaller branch compared to its first store in One City, the choices are still good.

Thirdly, on the same floor as JJJ is a shop called Artemis Space. If you like pre-loved and even brand new unsold products, please visit this place. There are trinkets I found so interesting like key chains and others. There are even books, CDs, cassette tapes, old electrical appliances and many more. The owner, Vincent is friendly makes you feel at home. Drop by on a lazy Sunday afternoon and the hours will fly away.

Now the not-so-pleasant experience. The tiny shoplots with the narrow walkways made exploring this mall confusing. Especially the G and 1st floors. When I was there almost all the small shoplots were either closed or unoccupied.

There were two big eateries. One is a chain. The other is local to Cheras. I happened not to like both so I ended up not having lunch there.

The escalators and lift lobbies made exploring difficult.

Visited this neighborhood shopping mall while in the vicinity of Taman Shamelin Perkasa, and this place ...... kind of disappointing. Nothing exciting here really, just a few familiar shops like Oldtown Kopitiam and Jalan-Jalan Japan preloved merchandise store. Looks more like an ageing mall that is waiting for closure.

It's a big place but too bad, you'll easily get lost there. Just to find the lift for my baby in the stroller, is a challenge.
There's an indoor baby & children playground there though.

This mall are just about less then 5 years old. Bis space, a lots of available shopping lots but it not been use maybe due to the lots are very small. Limited food choice, not many choice of goods or what ever. But most people come here for cinema & spots which is badmintons because they have 10 or 12 badminton courts in here.

The design of the mall is super weird, we can easily get loss and gives trouble to find the exit as there are no clear signs and most of the shop are vacant. But, the 5th floor has TGV cinema, badminton court and Dodgeball court. Parking fees is RM 2 per entry, no extra charge for how long you park.

This Mall enjoys a great central Location right in the Center of Shamelin catchment BUT the Fengshui is badly done.

Its such a waste to see it rot away and will die a natural death. Much can be done to reverse the bad Fengshui mistakes.

I come here very often just for the TGV Cinema which is a Niche Advantage becos of the low crowd, hence more fresh air.

The mall is a failure family convenience mall. Just less than a kilometre away, another mall was dying and this came up. Residents round have high hopes that it will provide a good place for amenities and food. However, the retail lots were closed most of the time, no striving business nor much attractions

Units on ground floor was kept by developer (not sold to public) to be rented to F&B businesses, and that's the only places with business.

5th floor cinema and badminton courts are still good. Businesses find it difficult to survive here, the gym changed management and the supermarket run by the developer also closed for business. The meditation centre looks like the bigger tenant with some activities.

Tents were placed outside the mall to encourage micro businesses and crowd. Yet this made the place looks ugly and dirty.

Parking was no more free. The difficult-to-understand and winding parking lot now costs RM2 per entry.
