I had a great time on the balloon and with the crew as a first time to experience this type of adventures and for sure it will not be the last.

My husband and I had a great hot air balloon experience with our friendly pilot, (not to mention, she is a lady pilot, izzati! super professional at handling our flight, mention every detail of how the hot air balloon actually works, weather and etc). The hot air balloon took off gently and landed smoothly like we even barely know that we were on the ground safely! We took lots of photos... and the view from the top was amazing and magnificent ! Even my husband had a small intense fear of heights, the pilot handled the situation very well. Recommended for your hot air balloon local experience. Xx

I fully recommend to try at least one this experience, the sensation of peace that you feel when you are up is awesome and you can enjoy the view of the area . We were in the hands of an excellent pilot who loves what she does and the crew were all professionals and dedicated. After the air ballon experience there is breakfast and certificate of flying on a ballon. One 100 % recommend this tour.

I really like their professionalism. they are a group of five young friends. They work extremely professional and friendly. I was fortunate to go on a day when the wind was not too strong. I watch the sun rise up so beautiful. At the end of the flight on the balloon I had a great breakfast (she asked us if we wanted to go to the five-star restaurant as in the contract or if we wanted to eat an outside meal of our choice and I chose one. meal outside but it was incredibly delicious) .cay it was a great experience of mine

This is a wonderful experience and well worth the cost and the early get up. Taking the car at 6am is not so hard and you will be very thankful for the air con provided! The balloon trip itself is great and then taking the balloon down is also a blast! The Staff are great, friendly and really informative

This has to be a must do while in KL, the whole team where proffessional while maintaining a sense of fun. I was picked up from my hotel right on time the journey to the take off site took around 25 minutes, when I arrived the team were already getting the balloon preped. I was greated by Akmal my pilot for the morning who was amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly. I've been on a couple of balloon flights previously in the US and it always been a great experience and this one did not disappoint. The flight itself was very smooth and is ideal for anyone who my struggle with heights as you fly in the wind it's almost like standing still while the ground moves below. This is a great way to see Malaysia from a different point of view and with all the extras of a brunch, hotel pick up and drop off plus the pics the team send afterwards this really is a good deal. Really pleased with the whole organization and package. 5 🌟

first and foremost we would like to say thank you to Ms. Atiqah. very dedicated pilot and her crews as well, start from take off till landing the experience is amazing wonderful and fascinating. the package is worth every single penny. we're very lucky during flight the weather is good, our trip has been postponed before due to cloudy. guess what at the end we receive our flight cert. obviously we are not certified pilot, but we become certified passenger hehehe. the champagne toss is awesome

Yes, covered shoes is a must! You may have to walk the balloon to the trailer, another adventure on its own :D

We were looking for something extraordinary for this year’s anniversary and to be honest, we were so lucky to experience this! Besides the spectacular view, we also get to witness how the balloon inflates and assist the crew to wrap the balloon. The pilot was female (and Malaysian) which is very inspiring! Thank you for the great hospitality. I highly recommend them. No regret for waking up this early.

We are very happy to be sharing your anniversary in the air with us. We did feel so much love between you two and it was really fun moment to have you and your partner to experience packing the balloon once landed. Great energy and truly romantic. Yes, definitely Myballoon Adventure do pickup and drop off at hotels within Kuala Lumpur city centre.
However, Myballoon Adventure don't allow infant baby to join for the hot air balloon ride and they don't provide any service in looking after the baby while the hot air balloon ride is happening.

Hi there!
Yes they do pick you up at Westin Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. And they can definitely fly 3 Adults and 1 Child.
The total tour will be around 4 hours up to 5 hours depending on the length of the flight and the retrieving of the hot air balloon.
They pick you up at your hotel usually at 6:30am and you’ll be back at your hotel by 11am usually. 12pm will be the max.

The total journey will be 4 hours starting from 6.30am until 10.30am
But the duration of the hot air balloon ride will be from around 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Hi, for safety reasons we can't accept children below 6years old! T&C : Children must be 6 years or older. Children must be able to see over the edge of the basket: 1.3m unaided by object or person.

Usually the mornings are perfect for flying. That is why we only offer morningflights here in Malaysia. In europe we fly also in the evening but here only in the morning by sunrise. If you have more questions don't hestitate to contact us.
