it is ok to leave you hotel, especially of it is cloudy/rainy, but you will not feel your day with this. you could add also the botanical garden and in 2h you have done all

Its not a must0do attraction by any means, but if you are already in town you might as well take a walk around this area. Its old and quaint and some of the old buildings are still brightly pained in contrasting colours.
