This is an active, functioning fresh fish and fruit market. Be prepared for quite a confronting smell, but otherwise the spectacle is great. Prices seem to be quite cheap, and you can see Seychelloise people bartering over their daily groceries. Quite interesting if you've got...More

Lots of fresh fish here. Looks nice. Smells a bit bit what do you expect from a fish market. Fruit and veg here too. Worth a quick look even if not buying.

A great place to view locals and tourists buying their veg, fish, herbs and spices. We also picked up recipes from stall holder. Worth a visit.

An interesting market full of local produce and local people. An fascinating way to spend time away from the beaches.

One of the most cultural and traditional places on the island. Great for fresh fish, vegetables, spices and a variety of other Creole produce.

We spent some time wandering around the market which was lively and vibrant - well worth a visit as part of a day exploring Victoria
