There's a lot of vendors and beggars in front of the church and you actually need to squeez and queue to get to see the inside

This is a famous church esp to devotees. It is always crowded and there is much small commerce going on outside of it. There is a lot of traffic and cannot expect much safety and security in the area.

The Feast of the Black Nazarene is almost a national annual event for the Faithful. Thousands join the Procession that takes a day, barefooted.

Market is always around Quiapo Church. It's never off. Church Service in Quiapo is everyday and Friday is the busiest.
