I absolutely hated it, you can't walk two paces without being accosted to buy. If you stop or make eye contact, they are onto you. got forbid if you actually touch any of their wares, it's as good as saying here's my wallet, help yourself. One shopkeeper threatened me with a slap when I didn't buy. We got out of... More

This bazaar is open only tuesdays and fridays. On tuesdays the traditional wearings and different kind of cotton covers knitted from traditional springs are sold. On fridays fresh vegetables and fruits grown by the villagers are sold.

After our first day here we decided to come here every day. Plenty of bars, restaurants with great sea views, really nice street food and markets with lots of cheap deals, just make sure you brush up on your haggling skills.

Quite small. Can walk it in 10-15 minutes ... if you stop :) Mostly food. Bought some spices at least English was not a problem at all. Everybody is giving you a taste of what they sell and are willing to explain you how to use each and every spice or tea. We found just one seller to ignore us... More

We loved all the shops and stuff that you can see. We go past these shos nearly every day and still find new things to explore! I think almost every little alley in Bodrum has shops! :-) Bargaining is a must, some shopkeepers are nice, some are really cheeky. I suppose it is the turkish way. A must visit and... More

Good day out for family once we found it. A lot of haggling as the first price is tourist price. But good fun day out. Rest of town is quite good as well,

Found this market by accident when taking a bus to Bodrum. Only open on Tuesdays but with huge amount of sellers and some great finds. You can get stuff for some ridiculous prices too. Obviously the 'brands' are fake, but the quality is pretty good and if I'll ever go back i'm definitely visiting this Bazaar again.

We went to Bodrum for the day on a boat trip from Kos. 100% worth a look! Very busy with the hustle and bustle of people and stall and shop owners. There was always something to look at... Have to experience it. Haggling is worth a go but keep smaller notes and change on you (they take euros and Turkish... More
