Nice sized lake with walking and bike paths. Picnic tables, parking, restrooms and sometimes even paddle board are available. Activities include biking, boating, fishing and feeding wildlife. Lots of wild ducks, geese and other migratory fowl are accessible.

If you are traveling on the freeway, this is a great spot to stop right by the freeway for a few minutes and take a walk around the lake. It's a cement path, so you don't need hiking boots and won't get muddy.

The park is divided by a road. You park on one side and access the other side through a short tunnel. In the summer, there are paddle boats for rent.

We went for the paddle boats. Only $5 per half hour and off you go. It made for a very fun afternoon in the park

If you can avoid the goose poop it is a very nice stroll around the lake. In the summer you can rent a paddle boat.
