We took a long walk in this long, narrow park that follows the river. There were many signs indicating names of the shrubs and trees. Probably lovely any time of year, but we enjoyed it in the spring. Good place to go jogging, too.

When you get tired of the hipster boutiques, take a lovely stroll around this park. One lap will get you ready for more beards and flannel!

Take a stroll through this park and lose yourself in nature. There is the wild natural areas and the creek coming through it. And then enjoy the manicured parts like the Japanese Garden and other ponds and areas they have planted. You forget you are right in town if you walk in here for a few minutes its just amazing!

This city park is a gem. Trails meander along Ashland creek, picnic spots are nestled in the trees, a playground features great climbing, and groves of glorious trees are lovely. Flowers bloom at all times, though the spectacle of late April is amazing. When you visit Ashland, be sure to allow time to stroll in Lithia park.

This park has many features including a pretty Japanese garden. Highly recommended. We saw gorgeous cherry trees blooming in early April.

This is a "have to" activity when touring Ashland. Home to the Shakespearean Festival and center of Ashland activity. Be sure to stop and grab big drink of "Lithia water" at the fountains entering the park. The calmness overtakes you as you stroll among the Oregon grape and jasmine. Sit on a bench by the duck pond or have lunch... More

This park is a must see for anyone visiting Ashland. The walking paths and self guided botanical tour is worth the time. Make sure to enjoy the Japanese garden across the street.

Nice park atmosphere in the middle of the business district. Plenty of places to sit and relax. There's a pond with ducks and a stream where you can sit and watch. It was an enjoyable walk.

Finished off a day of hiking with a walk through Lithia Park. A local whom we were with walked us up the track next to the river telling us about where all the locals like to swim in the summer and some general history of the area. Make sure you go all the way up to the water tower. An... More
