A wonderfully scenic trail that leads from the high Chisos to the Homer Wilson Ranch. You may start a one-way hike in the Basin, go up over Laguna Meadows, and down the canyon to the ranch. This is a fairly easy and short hike along a dry creek bed. You find it at the Homer Wilson Ranch on the Ross Maxwell Scenic Drive. We enjoyed it at the end of the day.

Blue Creek Trail offers a different kind of vista for the average hiker. The trail is easy and very gradual.
