McKinney has a lower and upper falls that you can access with a short walk. We were disappointed that the visitation center was closed but we understood why due to flooding problems in 2013 and 2015. The park rangers at the front gate were happy...More

This park is perfect for couples, family and friends. My boyfriend went to see the falls and took a great 3 mile hike!

You can not find better Park Rangers manning this post nor a more beautiful setting for camping or RV's. Quiet, beautiful, well run and so much to see and do right in the pak. Make it a must stay!

I ve never seen any fire pits, but the bigger question is if there is a fire ban or not. Check w local park officials.
