Even on the chilliest day the water stays between 65-70 degrees. It’s beautiful and they have locker rooms form changing. Also there are food trucks, trails, and a cute Choi Choi train for the kids. The springs are free to use .

To be fair, I visited the pool in December 2017 and it was closed. So, perhaps I did not have the full experience of the place, which is purportedly popular. The pool area is located in a very large park (Zilker Park).
I went with a few friends to take a quick swim on a Sunday afternoon, the place is very clean, lot's of people working out, trails, picnic area and everything you need to have a have a good time, highly recommended!
