The Austin Visitor Center was our meeting place for the Duck Tour. The parking was convenient and the employees were very helpful. They have very comfortable seating and nice restrooms.

A very helpful and informative visitor centre although the staff should be better trained regarding their knowledge of tours and times and sights. Many brochures to select where to go and what to see and good place to book tours. Also has a gift store.

This is a nice facility to meet up with your tour group. Gift shop, clean restrooms, friendly staff. Check out everything they have to offer.

Not convenient and not anywhere near anything else you may want....but easy to drive there if you have a rental, and quick to jump out and take a pic and jump back in.

We actually booked a tour on-line that started at Visitor Ctr then discovered more Austin information, including helpful bus information, after arriving. The red symbol on top of bldg is easy to spot for orientation.

Sorry, I was there in April. I agree with other comments, they should have a website or google events in Austin in October.
