This place is Okay, but it's a shame they took down the old Lustre pearl.. It had so much more character and visual and atmospheric appeal - and the best food truck in Austin ( now located at The White Horse)... But I guess it was inevitable considering the gentrification and downfall of all the Rainey Street bars... This area... More

With the charm of the original building and the expanded patio bar & game options, this place rocks the Eastside Austin Vibe... FoodTruck foodie heaven to feed the masses.

I was offended by the way he treated my wife and children and I will never patronize this establishment again. The general manager treated my spouse and I as if we were intoxicated while playing a simple game of ping pong and paying this establishment a Humble $300 in an evening. I am very disappointed with this bar

Really great bar with great drinks, plenty of sitting space, and great outdoor seating options. Definitely a place to stop when you're on Rainey!

A brilliant place, and the original Rainey St. house-bar. It's very sad that it's being torn down next month so that a condo can be put up instead...

Very cool old house turned into a bar. We came on a Thursday night, friendly bartender serving ice cold beers, no pretentious people, and abdecent band playing in the backyard. Only complaint was that we got more than few bug bites so if sitting outside bring some bug spray or get eaten alive

My wife and I were looking for a late lunch on a Saturday and this place was recommended for the taco stand in the back of the bar. We had the tacos al pastor and fish tacos, and both were phenomenal. We enjoyed hanging out in the back yard drinking a few beers and eating good food.

Friendly staff, great mixed drinks ( especially the ginger ones) , good taco stand (bbq chicken taco was delicious). Vey homey with ping pong tables and unique accesories. Had that backuard get together feel.

We stopped at Lustre Pearl after dinner one night during F1 weekend and really enjoyed the relaxed laid back atmosphere. The huge open back yard part was great for sitting and enjoying drinks after the day and when it got cold, they brought out some heaters. I also liked practicing some ping pong on the table they had set up... More

My friends and I recently went to Lustre Pearl when we were in town for ACL, and what a great bar that is off the beaten path from the traditional 6th Street! The environment was laid back, fun, beer was ice-cold, and drinks were delicious! There is a nice outdoor area in the back for enjoying the drinks. Would definitely... More
