I enjoyed seeing this site. Always different every year and a great way to start a trip off with. I took a couple of picture and had time to spray paint my name. Fun all the way around.

Climb and walk with caution! The rocky path could be a little slippery. I guess the art changes so you won’t see the same pics posted here. Gives you more reason to come back for newness!

I walked here after hearing that it was really worthwhile to visit. When I arrived I was actually disappointed with it. Crowded and not impressive in my opinion.

Cool free attraction to go see if you have an hour +- buy paint from a store or pay $10 a can from street vendor's. You can paint or just enjoy the crazy art work

Certainly a bit of a tourist thing in Austin, yet still worth a visit as it is constantly evolving. This is raw urban art, with artists painting over other artists' works, not even expecting themselves to stay long on the "headlines". The place is not...More

This place is so cool! Just a bunch of people spray painting concrete. It is a shame that someone can paint right over a great work, but hey, that's just the way it is. It can be hot (it's Texas), and dusty. Don't expect Disneyland,...More

So much fun.. .very cool site where you can tag or make a real spray paint picture, Bring your own cans or do what we did .. make a donation. Not sure if there are always people there with cans. We might have gotten lucky.

Cool gallery in an not so ordinary way. You can even spray an artwork yourself. Outdoors and for free.

Drive by only if you have nothing better to do ... Not safe, trashy, un-interesting, drive along train cars instead. With so may cool murals in the city, this place is horrible.

Parking is a pain on the weekend but still a fun photo spot. There are a few local artists hanging out. Popular for photo shoots. You can climb along the right side up the hill to the upper murals.

Yes, walls of graffiti, actually, terraced up the hill. No admission, but a photographer, Jules, is something of a documentarian of the place and he sells photos of the work there on site. So, take a bit of extra money and... More

When we went it was quite crowded, so I would definitely feel safe going alone.
