We stayed here when we attended Gov. Rick Perry's Inauguration several years ago. The Driskill is bathed in history and has been well appointed with furniture and fixtures.

The Driskill is cool to visit while on 6th street during the day. The locals can usually tell you the stories about the history the building has, but the architecture itself is fascinating.
