I could not find it and it made me mad. I only seen the grown up stuff. No slides or choo choo train.

This easy to get to park near 7 COrners has fields for dogs, playgrounds for kids, a long paved path for bikes, handicapped or walking. It is connected with a series of parks so biking is a big pastime. THere are tennis courts, a frisbee course and a little stream runs throughout. Enjoy

Bluemont Park is an all season park for all people. Beautiful rose garden, tennis courts, picnic area, trail for walking and biking. We have enjoyed Bluemont as a family as kids have grown and activities have ranged from picnics and baseball games to bike rides to boy scout service activities in the park. East access from Wilson Blvd with ample... More

This park is nicely situated along the W&OD trail. It has some nice sports field, picnic areas, and a nice frisbee golf course (bring your own discs). Great place to get outside and be active.

There are so many trails at Bluemont park, that there is something for everyone, if you are looking to go for a stroll. There are also several athletic fields, but if you want to park on the side of the park with the fields, either come early, or be prepared to find a place somewhere along the street. The park... Bluemont is a nice local park with tennis courts, a parking lot, bathroom, and lots of space. Good for all the usual things you would want to do in a park, but there's nothing much here that I would drive far to see, although RR history fans might want to come to see a small exhibit.

Bluemont Park is well known by local school kids, baseball teams (Little League or Babe Ruth), and local hikers and picnickers for its easy access to its grounds and as a gateway to various bike paths winding through Arlington. In the Spring and Fall, the seasonal changes in color are particularly beautiful and present a peaceful environment to get away... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our day trip from D.C to this park for a day of disc golf. This course is challenging and offers many gorgeous vistas. From park like to forest terrain. Other amenities we noticed while playing the course. Tennis and basketball courts covered shelter & table with bathrooms and vending machines. Other restroom facilities and a modern playground.... Have walked/jogged thru Bluemont Park more times than I can count. It's one of North Arlington's "best" for many reasons. The Washington & Old Dominion Bike & Running Trail runs through this 70 acre site (a former dairy farm) that also includes a Train Caboose Museum filled with all sorts of 'historic Arlington' photos & memorabilia! During spring, summer and... More

A wonderful little oasis. A nice rest stop for bikers and hikers on the W&OD or Four Mile Run trails in Arlington. A hard covered pavillion for transient use or reservations, complete with flush toilets and soda machines. Most times I've been there, Arlington County Park Rangers are parked there. Good parking for those who would like to drive, park... More
