On the inland road from Dubrovnik to Mostar, Radimlja necropolis is just on the half way and it is really worth to visit. Stecak tombs, under UNESCO protection, are amazing.

Stecak are medieval tombs specific to the area of Bosnia Herzegovina. They are in the UNESCO heritage. The necropolis has very beautiful tombs with special sculptures. There is an entry fee, but there is no guide. This location must be visited.

No guide tour. You have to know what you are viewing, because then you saw only stones. Ticket office with toilets and cafe.
