Coqueiros is a 10-15 min walk from Trancoso famous “Quadrado” area. The beach has some quiet spots together with others very crowded. The beach is close to the mouth of a river and due to this fact, the waters may be a little turbid, although...More

Trancoso is a little more expensive than the other towns in the region, but worth every penny you pay to spend time in its beaches. At Coqueiros beach, at least in the low season, I was able to enjoy a beautiful beach with almost no...More

Can walk for more than an hour on a fine sand beach without reaching the end of it. The beach is very flat and large, good for walking and playing at low tide.

Coqueiros beach has very good bars and beach restaurantes. At different days time there are not many people, is quiet and excellent for swim.

Kinda tricky as there isn't a bad beach but for us this was the best. Great spot to relax and watch the world go buy.

Enjoyed the beaches even though the weather was not the best. Liked this beach the best. I found Trancoso very touristy, but the beaches are really nice. Not a lot nicer than other places in Bahia, but still nice.
