Nice view from both cities, Vitória and Vila Velha. The Covent is built on the top of a hill on the Vila Velha side, by the Ocean border of the two cities.

Its worth the visit, not only because the view is awesome, but the place is very peaceful too! If you don't want to get tired and exercise, take the shuttle to go up the hill, its a good deal.

Worth the climb more than 200 steps. but be sure to go with a local guide. The location is far from the traditional attractions of Rio de Janeiro.

If you are in the area, - You must visit this place. Even as a non-religious person, I found it fascinating, its from the 1500's originally, and the views are amazing. Its so full of history!

A Nice place to know a little bit more about brazilian history. The view from Vila Velha and Vitória is wonderful. Pros: Nice view Cons: The parking lot is small and on the weekends it's crowded.
