Sunset Trip

Slow, trip out onto the water which has the potential to provide wonderful sunset pictures if the clouds are right.

Big manmade lake..nothing special about the shoreline or view..there is a 2 hour boat ride where you can see the sunset and the evening sky..this is the best part..would only recommend the 7:00 p.m. ride so you can see the sunset..good for couples..

I did the panoramic tour of Itaipu and the bus crosses the top of the dam and stops at the top for photo ops. There is an option to take a boat onto the lake but no one took it.

This is a huge lake which borders the Itaipu Dam. The dam is visible from a boat on the lake which is a fun activity

Going on a boat on the lake is quite relaxing - it is absolutely huge and, at some points, you can barely see the borders, which makes it look like a wonderful mirror of the sky. You've probably been to places like this-- but it doesn't make it any less wonderful.

I believe this area is just being developed and well be a really good recreational area in the future. It was interesting to see it on the dam tour

A multitude of water that seems to have no end . It makes us think that we should take care of our water to keep them always so huge and stunning .
