In the reality, the beaches are in the same place, the beaches are small, beautiful view, but they are many stones and it´s difficult to walk besides there isn´t beach service (Umbrellas, chairs etc ...)

So we kept walking from downtown Buzios hoping to escape the crowds and thought we had. Unfortunately, as the day wore on, more people poured into this small beach, and it lost its appeal. Fun to people watch, but, if you are looking for wide expansive beaches to walk and reflect, this is not the place. Pleasant enough though crowded... More

Crowded beach small beach where thing are more expansive than in others... We went with my family and things disdi't happen smoothly... 1) parking is far away from the beach so you need to walk through a steep street. 2) prices are higher than in other beaches 3) waiters asked for extra tip in a rude way even they charged... Definitely worth taking a water taxi to get here. As it only costs 8 Rei from the main pier and is a nice way to arrive. Then maybe stroll back along the beach and check out the statue of Brigitte Bardot as you pass.I went early in the season and already pretty crowded.

This beach is walkable over the hill from Ossos beach. The water here tends to be colder than some of the other beaches, and there is a quick drop-off to deep water. It is fairly small and can be pretty crowded. You can rent 2 chairs and an umbrella for $R30. There are also food and beverage sellers.

We didn't get the chance to go to all of the beaches in Buzios, but, of the ones we went to, this was my absolute favorite. We went twice! It's just stunning. You walk down a well maintained boardwalk/staircase that offers expansive views of the water and nearby islands. The beach itself has pink-red sand (no exaggeration!). As you walk... More

Azeda and its smaller sibling Azedinha are the best beaches to go in Buzios. A small walking or a boat taxi take you there. Calm and clear waters make it great for any kind of trip or person wanting an enjoying places to stay. Bad thing about Buzios though is the high prices for just about anything. Thinking about going,... More

We spent two days on this beach- beautiful, clear waters and friendly beach venders. The two 'bars' supply drinks and food with a personal service- definitely get a coconut! A good area for snorkelling and swimming as the water is both clear and calm. Would not hesitate to recommend this beach- possibly my favourite overall!

Great beach with a beautiful sunset. You cannot miss this one, one of the most pleasant places there.
