Reach Sugar Loaf Mountain like a native, make this adventure like a Carioca. Take the treak of Pista Claudio Coutinho, and when finish, start climb thru the forest and get to the first top of Sugar Loaf. Is an amazing experience that even kids up...More

The trail is not very long but it gives the traveler nice views of the Urca Area. In its path you can take a longer trail on your left that leads to the Sugar Loaf's first mountain. That specific trail has gone through some renovations...More

Very nice little trail on the side of the Urca/Sugarloaf. If you feel good enough you can even climb the Urca Hill in 20 mns. The entrance of the climbing trail is about half way of the Claudio Coutinho trail itself, it really worth it....More

This trail is plane and you can go with your family (including little kids). If you are feeling strong enough you can try to go up on foot to the top of Morro da Urca. From there you can have beautiful views of the city...More

Nice place for a walk with a great view to Baia de Guanabara. Unfortunely you have to keep your eyes opned because of burglars. That's the only reason any open space in Rio can't have 5 stars.

Good place to walk, with a nice view of praia vermelha and safe because of the military bases around.

Downtown Rio is the place where this city was born.
With modern skyscrapers sharing space with historical
buildings and landmarks, this neighbourhood is living
proof that the old and the new can live together
harmoniously. As you would expect, downtown is where
all major companies house their offices. However, the
region isn’t restricted to businesses. Gems such like
the “Paço Imperial,” which is a cultural centre that

The area is totally safe, provided that it is a military one. You cannot climb up the Sugar Loaf, unless you are a mountain climber.
