It´s a lovely place to relax and exercise as well. The lake is beautiful, there are paddles one can enjoy with kids and some couples do enjoy it too. There are table for picnic and many families make use of that.

On Sundays they close the roads around Parque Taquaral for sports. Great place for running, walking, or do any outdoor activities.

It's beautiful municipal park to make your 5k training. Just put your soundtrack and after a quick warmup, just start running on its outer ring. You will see how citizens of Campinas city enjoy walking or running on this park while sightseeing some nice places.

Best park in town to go for a walk, jogging, cycling. There is a gymnasium and they always have Volleyball games. On sundays the streets around the park are closed for cars making it a great place for a walk with kids.
