Located in a Victorian-era structure reminiscent of Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Catavento Cultural is chock-full of interactive, hands-on exhibits and educational activities for children. Subjects covered include space, wildlife, geography, the human body and society. They are presented in action-filled, engaging fashion for the little ones. The surrounding neighborhood can be a bit sketchy, so taking a cab is recommended.

It is a place that if you are in São Paulo you should go. But you need more than 1 day to visit every thing. In the physics room you will have a lot of fun. Don't miss it.

Wat a wonderful museum to visit! For adults and for children. Lots to see and do. Beautiful building. The only thing which was less: everything is in Portugese and not in English. Entrance for 2 adults and 2 children only 18 reais

A fun science museum for kids and adults. There are a lot of hands on experiments and displays for one to play with. you should allocate at least 3 hours to see everything. Admission is cheap.

worth visit: great place to spend couple hours with the little ones learning things that even you don't know...after the visit, cross the street and go crab some snacks at MERCADÃO municipal. Mortadela sandwich to Hoca Bar is the best in the world!

Se tiver tempo, recomendo deixar para comer no Mercado Municipal, que fica do outro lado da avenida do Estado. São 10 minutos de caminhada. Você aproveita e conhece dois ícones de São Paulo no mesmo dia.
