It is really nothing special but still so much fun to do. We had a great time and if you have 1-2 hours of spare time on your visit in Battambang, this is the place to go. I would recommend it on a overcast day...More

Like a roller coaster! Had so much fun on this ride. When you arrive its a little sketchy, but don't be discouraged! Its a great local experience and you might even get local children riding with you from village to village

Yes, it is touristy, but it is fun ánd hard work for the men that have to disassemble the carts. So make sure to tip them: they deserve it!

I highly recommend this attraction, it was amazing. Just seating in the the wooden platform of the 🚆. It is even more fun when you have to derail your train in order to let the other train to go down. You need to help out.

was a marvelous journey on this little train. The children will love it as much as the adults! Just be aware of the sun!

At first sight cool and fun for the kids. But after half an hour under the burning sun and rolling trough a rather boring bush corridor our enthousiasm changed. You then start to realise that an accident could easily happen because the train rails are...More

I was not expecting it to go as fast as it did. At the end of the line you have 10 mins to look around before heading back. The lady at the first shop might tell you that you have to sit and wait there...More

The Bamboo Train is a must do in Battambang. The station is very rustic. Basically you pay your money to a conductor and sit on a "train" and when the oncoming trains have arrived and been dismantled, your driver starts the motor and off you...More
