Good street food experience

The shops around the market are more interesting than the markt itself. Good street food experience.

This market is located in Dongdajie in the city Centre. At the first sight it seems to be just a place to buy gifts for the folks at home, however there is also a food street that has the most amazing lamb skewers that I...More

Basically the place is nice to sit down and enjoy local food with beer. The stalls at the night market all sell the same stuff which is dried fruits, handy craft and stones. Not the greatest night market but I must say that Dunhuang is...More

This market rocks. Lots to eat and lots to buy. Many mainland tourists and they were enjoying the warm evening. Don't expect a local market or a "native" experience. Just enjoy the bustle and loud commerce.

One of the great things about night markets is the local residents that come to the market for their dinner. This market was different. We did not see any Locals buying their food here. Only tourists and foreigners were here, and not very many people...More

Just another night market selling the same stuff you get anywhere else and the same street food. If you’re new to Asia then worth a trip, if not it’s nothing special.

A good night market with several souvenir stands and shops. Most of the things being sold are common but picking through you can find a few good souvenirs. The bigger attraction is the food. Plenty of barbecue restaurants along the south of the market- just...More

There are two parts to the night market — the artisan stalls and the food street. The stalls have a decent enough variety of usual trinkets, but they also have some more uniquely made art pieces. Best of all is we did not feel hassled...More
