A must do if you are visiting Guilin. An amazing cavern that has only been open to the public since around 2000 . A huge area with amazing formations and the lighting inside accentuates the whole area . To enjoy the whole area takes about...More

Of all caves in and around Guilin the Yangshuo Silver Cave definitely offers the most impressive stalactites and mites. If natural beauty is concerned, this cave is a must see. The total length of the cave is nearly 2km. The Silver Cave is layered, and requires some climbing inside....More

We had a great bus trip to the Silver Cave - beautiful countryside along the way. Great complex with lots of eating/drinking places. Being from NZ, we had seen similar cave to this one, but it was still a great experience. Be warned - we...More

Highly recommended. Includes mud bath, hot spring and fish pedicure. It's a cave deep down but the temperature is still hot and humid.

Expect alot of walking, mostly stairs up and down the cave. Was much better than I expected and well worth the 80rmb entrance fee. Make sure you stop and see the khoi fish to left before the silver cave entrance. They are super cool when...More

Prefer Reed flute cave in Guilin to this cave. Good long stroll. Comes with a radio kit that explains the various structures as you walk, which makes the visit more interesting. Some steps, but nothing too strenuous. Has an exhibition of some treasures which you...More

Besides the cave, there is also mud bath and hot springs...skip the souvenir shops inside. Can easily spend an hour or 2 here. Hint: The big tour groups go for lunch at 11.30 am, so if you arrive after this time it should be quieter

The cave is nice and illuminated with a lot of artificial led lights. It is quite long and takes a while to pass. The entrance is super crowded and especially in the summer it is not a nice start to wait for about one hour.

One of the most astonishing cave complexes I've seen seen. 2km walk but not difficult at all. Very popular and commercialised but well worth the amusement.

Hey. Well for my girlfriend and I, we walked in that direction as there were different things to see and when we finished Moon Hill, then we took a sharing cab back to the bus terminal at the edge of Yangshou. It was CNY 3... More
