Besides the cave, there is also mud bath and hot springs...skip the souvenir shops inside. Can easily spend an hour or 2 here. Hint: The big tour groups go for lunch at 11.30 am, so if you arrive after this time it should be quieter

The cave is nice and illuminated with a lot of artificial led lights. It is quite long and takes a while to pass. The entrance is super crowded and especially in the summer it is not a nice start to wait for about one hour.

One of the most astonishing cave complexes I've seen seen. 2km walk but not difficult at all. Very popular and commercialised but well worth the amusement.

Most Chinese caves overuse colourful lights and in-cave merchandising (turtle stroking, photographs, trinkets etc). This cave fulfilled these stereotypes, but the lighting was no so extreme as others and in some cases added to the splendour. The sheer size or some of the stalactites was...More

Just another typical Chinese tourist spot the cave is not very large it has lots of bright lights and as always lots of places to spend your money!

Without the tasteful lighting this would be just another cave but the various colours make the visit worthwhile. The visit is not strenuous but watch out for slippery patches.

There are some stunning rock formations here, however, most of them are cut in half to make the pathway, there are artificial lights everywhere and workers shouting loudly in speakers so you can't hear the audio guide. The area however which was most upsetting was...More

Perhaps it is because we have been to the large Carlsbad caves in Texas, but these caves while beautiful, weren't particularly amazing. You get an ear piece to listen to (various languages) as you walk through the cave. I wouldn't consider this a must do...More

Hey. Well for my girlfriend and I, we walked in that direction as there were different things to see and when we finished Moon Hill, then we took a sharing cab back to the bus terminal at the edge of Yangshou. It was CNY 3... More
