Interesting stone streets, buildings in the ancient city. The vendors on street offer trinkets, and food. There are some high quality shops here and there. The street vendor food simply was everywhere with scorpions, etc. and stinky dough (which to me smells like raw sewage),...More

The best time to visit this place is in the evening. Full of lights and people. In the afternoon is a bit quiet. Full of culture, local cuisine, old buildings and souvenirs.

There is not much remaining of old Luoyang, a city bursting at the seams and upside down with construction and road works. This street takes you back in time with traditional sweet shops, eateries and souvenir shops. It is popular with locals, some of whom...More

This is a pleasant area to walk around and visit stores and food stalls. There is a lot to see, away from the hustle and bustle and noise.
