Great, calm place

Small charm village close to the main road and Hvar but far enough to be quiet and calm. Great place for having rest! Nearest shop is in Hvar, 4km away.

Milna is a natural first natural stop if you rent a boat in Trogir. Cosy small town with a new well equipped harbour. Not a grand selection of restaurants but ok.

We were staying in Hvar and decided to hire a boat for a couple of days to explore around the Island. We anchored in front of a restaurant, instantly the owner came over to ask if we needed any help. There was no hard push to eat there. We had a wander around and a dip in the bay. When... More

Milna is a small village on the beautifull island of brac, 45 min by ferry from the town of split. The village has a very well protected harbour and is ideal to anchor your boat. The village is surrounded by nice beaches. If you want to skinny dip in a remote area, ask the locals for Osibova bay.

Town of Hvar is always crowded and noisy so if one wants to have good rest in peace and quietness should go elsewhere: to Jelsa, Vrboska or - the nearest one - Milna

I don't really want to big up this place as I don't want it to get packed out with tourists, but it really is beautiful - forget it if you're a kiss-me-quick hat wearing all inclusive type of tourists, this is not the place for you - but if you want a quiet, tranquil little bit of heaven, you've found... Stayed for two nights at this lovely location and had to share a few thoughts. Was so surprised to see this cute little Cove with a very nice beach campground just next to it and on the other side of the cove a small village with a few apartments and several outdoor restaurants. There were only a few of us... More

Spending a few days here after a week of yoga at retreat. Lots of fine dining options, I ate at the one by small beach Mala Milna, don't even know the name of it. Can walk up about 2 km to Malo Grablje, abandoned village, except for one small restaurant run by Berthi. Or further up to Velo Grablje.
