"Miljokaz" is the symbol of the economic development and is located at the beginning of the road called Jozefina. The stone is unexpectedly small. I did not notice it at first. The history of this city is amazing really.

Miljokaz (Milestone) is an interesting landmark located at the beginning of the historical road "Josefina" from Karlovac to Senj which was built during the reign of Joseph II. The numbers written on it represent the distance from Karlovac to some of the Croatian cities like Zagreb and Rijeka and even to Vienna. The distance is expressed in old Germanic miles... More
