Simply a must visit. We loved it here. The town, the food, the wine are all superb. We will be back with our friends and hope to stay longer than the 3 days we had.

I was very disappointed with the Old Town, bearing in mind it was the top rated attraction on the island. The picturesque narrow streets are filled with restaurants and souvenir shops, with very little else to see. The Old City is much smaller than I...More

The place is very small, not really much to see! You have the cathedral and its tower, some churches and the Marco Polo's house

A nice city with lots of walkways. A bit pricey but it is aimed at US tourists who will pay anything so it isn't surprising

Loved the quaint old town. It has great restaurants, and a friendly vibe to it. I would highly recommend stopping by for 2 days.

Loved the old town . We stayed at the Liburna which had a fantastic view of the Marina and Old town . Lots to see and plenty of places to eat and drink . No beaches but you can't have everything .

The old town is great to walk around, not to large and not to many tourists. One side is very windy and the other side calmer. There are a lot of tours that arrive between 10 and 2pm so if you can see the churches...More

We just hired the bikes from the hire shop in the centre of the town and rode the bikes to the beach and areas of interest. The assistant in the hire shop gave us handy spots and hints where hills were present (how to miss... More
