In the central part of Croatian Adriatic, near where the Sibenik and Zadar islands meet, is a distinctive and, in many ways, special group of islands called Kornati. Due to their magnificent landscape beauty, interesting geomorphology, the great indentation of the coastline and wealth of living marine ecosystems, the majority of the sea area of the Kornati archipelago was proclaimed a national park in 1980. It includes a total of 89 islands, islets and crags, with approx. 238 km of coastline.

KOrnati Islands are part of National Park Kornati and are beautiful and one of the most beautiful place for sailing and spending time in green and blue. Pure nature with crystal clean water, dolphins and unbeliveable fresh food in small restaurants around. Not to miss

After a day of heavy rain, the next day the weather was fine and the sun shining brightly, and we chose rather than to explore more of the sights in Zadar, to spend a glorious day out on a boat trip experiencing the magnificent Kornati Island National Park with our friends. The boat was not very comfortable, with its noisy... More

One of the most beautiful sailing places in the world. Untouched nature with crystal clear water. Incredible family owned restaurants with fresh seafood. Can't wait to sail the Kornati National Park again!

Dress warmly for the boat journey. It gets really windy and cold so if you want to enjoy the scenery and open sea along the way, please wear enough warm clothes. We went on a beautiful boat Nada boarded it at Biograd na Moru. Boarded the boat at 9 am. Drinks were served on board. Lunch served was delicious. On... More

I love exploring national parks. This time was a bit different because it required a boat rental. We took our swimwear and our hiking clothes and shoes with us on this one day trip. I love exploring nature that is still mostly untouched. I love rocky beaches and swimming after you have been walking in the sun. Kornati are amazing,... More

What a rip off. Just sailed to lavsa island and ate on the only restraunt. I recommend you eat on board. Food is average at best. No menus. You either eat meat or fish and when i ordered meat it was fish anyway! Food is really expensive and you would pay less in central London for far better food.

Very well organized day trip into beautiful Kornati NP, complete with a swimming break on private Mana Island and a nice lunch at the captain's house; very friendly and accommodating manager and Plava Laguna crew--would definitely book this trip again!

The trip is long and on the whole the sights are not that spectacular to begin with, a lot of sea, some islands. The wonder wears off after 3 hours. If you are prone to nausea better spend your day doing something else. The first stop, the nature park Telascica, is beautiful, features a salt lake where you can take... More

The NP Kornati itself is a beautiful set of islands but we only sailed past them. I am reviewing the tour boat company (Barba Ive) we took that isn't listed on here independently. We purchased the excursion package and were promised a certain set of things in a sequence of events. Aperitif and sandwich breakfast-2.5hr guided boat tour of historic... More

There are plenty of tourist boats from Muster that offer a joy day in the sea, but the planning is terrible. The food offered on board is scarce and mediocre. So, if you wanna enjoy the experience without being trapped for 5 hours on a slow ship with other 90 tourists, look for a private boat.
